New Model about swiming

We are currently developing a new model that is related to swiming. Basically the model will capture the last few moment of preparation before the swimmer dive into the water. A cam system is used to push the swimmer body into motion ..... Below is a picture of the finishing model.

All the mechanism and dimenion are corrected with the final black & white model. We will move on to design the colour & dress up the models. The colour model will be assembled and tested one more time to check for any error. This is not the end of the designing process as we will now drafting the instruction manual and input drawing into the computer.
It is a lot of fun to see our creation turn into magical live when the handle is turned. We will normally display the completed model at our common desk for any suggestion of colour scheme or adding of detail etc...........

Proto-Typing

We have been designing largest system for commercial display and started designing paper automata about 2 years ago. It begun as a entertaining fun that we did in our studin but has since attracted our attention.We typically go through 7 to 8 revisio change before getting it to work the way we want it and to reach final design.
The initial mob-up are done without any color. The main focus is to get the part designed with correct dimension and work corretly.
